Our house enjoys a unique location offering one of the most beautiful views of Lake Orta, overlooking San Giulio Island and the village of Orta. Fully renovated in 2024 using modern green building standards—including triple-glazed windows—it retains the charm and character typical of lakeside homes through the use of natural materials like stone and wood. Amenities include a hearty breakfast, convenient private parking with video surveillance, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, a kettle with all essentials, a spacious bathroom in every room, and breathtaking views. The "Iris" room features a small balcony, and the "Tulipano" room also has a balcony; the "Girasole" room does not have a balcony, but the view is guaranteed through its windows. Outdoors, guests have access to a swimming pool with a sun deck and shower, a large private garden, a barbecue area, and a spacious covered patio perfect for dining—perhaps by ordering a pizza for delivery. B&B La Plesna is located in the hamlet of Ventraggia, nestled in a stunning natural setting overlooking Lake Orta, with an unparalleled view of San Giulio Island. The nearest restaurant is just 400 meters away on level ground, while a small supermarket, the post office, and a bank are located 600 meters away. A charming, downhill cobblestone path of less than one kilometer connects the property to the center of Pella and the boat landing, making it easy to explore the lake and its surroundings. To reach the property from the parking area, there is a small ramp or, alternatively, a few steps. The guest rooms are accessible only via stairs; therefore, the property is not suitable for people with disabilities. The B&B is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area—ranging from the Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary to Monte Rosa and various lakes—and is 50 km from Ascona and Lugano, and 32 km from Milan Airport. The kitchen is reserved exclusively for breakfast. "Iris"—the largest and most beautiful room—features a spacious bathroom with a double sink.
